As the Marketing Lead for Uplift 2022, I directed a strategic multi-channel marketing campaign for INVORG’s 3-day annual conference. The event focused on reinforcing company values, recognizing employee contributions, and planning strategies for 2023. My efforts played a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and achieving the event’s objectives.

  • Led the marketing strategy and execution for the conference, managing a team of digital marketers to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Developed a comprehensive multi-channel campaign incorporating email marketing, social media, PPC ads, and banner advertisements.

  • Designed and produced all promotional materials, including flyers, branded merchandise, social media content, presentations, and more.

  • Collaborated with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align messaging with the conference’s goals.

  • Conducted data-driven audience segmentation and market analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Monitored campaign performance, analyzed key metrics, and implemented improvements to maximize results.
